How to decide what type of paper to use?

Papers can be segregated into 3 categories, each relating to their usage.

1. Presentation Papers
A bright white quality image paper. The aesthetics are very important and the paper will present your work with a professional look. Uses of this paper include letterheads and external, professional material.

2. Document papers
A multi-functional, laser and mono inkjet paper where the quality and the look of the paper is important. Uses of this paper include report writing and external communication.

3. General office papers
Predominantly used for copier and laser applications. The aim is that the paper must run well in the machine but the end result cosmetically is not that important such as photocopying and internal memos.
