Refresher training

Training is always good for everybody in the organisation. This is to standardise the knowledge as per organisation’s policy and ambitious to organisation’s goal. This is to have the productivity and capability for the employee beyond organisation’s strategy with a good ethic and behaviour cross to organisation’s needs. (hamek ko! ihik~)

Actually, the training is mandatory and should be attends by the expeditors. The expeditors are from Pacific and SEA regions. This is to let all the expeditor understand the current process where about relating to “do and don’t”. This is to simplify the process to let everybody have a clear picture in the process and well-understand the chains itself.

The presenter is from Hong Kong. She is the legendary in the system for years in the organisation. I prefer to have the tradition way, face to face instead of sharing the desktop and voice conference.

The slides are not boring at all. They have documented the process by using an excellent flowchart. In the previous training there are so many names on it that should we dealing with but now, they have reduced the tiers. That’s good!

As usual, within the training session, there should be “Q & A session”. Because the questions are unprepared, it took time for other to ask. I should take the positive advice from the supervisor that he gives an excellent opinion via sms a day before. Apparently, I should discus within my team, to get self-prepared before entering the training. This caused a lot of time, serious!

I’m sure everybody is looking forward for the changes. The changes, that can eliminate or reduce the current work-load internally and to have the best process ever in purchase to pay.
I’m lucky, centralising the purchase to pay is my project study topic. Man, I should be able to do-it!
